Shipping & Returns

MetroPhones.co uses UPS and USPS to ship out products. We provide USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping options.

Those qualifying for FREE SHIPPING may receive their package through any of the shipping methods listed above.


Typically, USPS Priority Mail may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped out depending on your location.

Please note that the United States Postal Service does NOT leave packages at the door. In some cases, packages may be shipped out with either UPS or USPS depending on the item and/or weight. All shipping charges will display during checkout.


We charge a flate rate of $3.95 at check out. Orders will be processed within 24 Hours after they have been placed.

Orders will be shipped as soon as they have been successfully processed. Ground orders processed before 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time. This excludes weekends and shipping holidays.


Orders placed on a weekend or shipping holiday will ship the next business day, unless additional information is required.

Shipping estimates begin the day after your order is shipped and also excludes weekends and shipping holidays. Metrophones.co will not be held responsible for lost/missing items once they have been shipped and confirmed with a tracking # with the Postal service of choice USPS/UPS.

All Domestic orders $50.00 or more qualify for FREE Ground Shipping. Offer valid for U.S. customers only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Maximum weight 5lbs.

General Returns

1.  All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition.

Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service at 562-652-6693.


2.  Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.


3.  Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)


Returning for replacement and refund

1.  Quality Issues:

We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 7 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.


2.  Non Quality Issues:

If a customer returns a product, within 7 days after receiving it, for non quality reasons, we will offer an 85% refund.(15% is for the shipping fee which cannot be returned)

Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.

Canceled orders (Before delivery)

If an order is canceled before delivery, there will be no costs incurred.

Wrong Item Delivered

After confirming the wrong item has been sent, we will exchange your item or fully refund the item and pay for shipping both ways.
